Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach out to the Bride or Groom if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Yes, in leu of a traditional rehearsal dinner, we will be hosting a Welcome Party at Three Peaks Ranch for all of our wedding guests. We will have food and drinks to kick off the weekend

Westcliffe is a small town and there are no Ubers. To get our guests to and from our wedding safely, please utilize our shuttle service the day of the wedding. The shuttles will pick you up in Westcliffe on Main Street and bring you out to the Ranch. The shuttles will run nonstop during the reception, in case you need to depart for any reason. But why would you leave the party?!

Because of limited space at the venue, we unfortunately cannot accommodate plus ones beyond those named on the wedding invitations. We hope you understand our decision.

We will be primarily outdoors except for the reception meal. The weather can be a little cooler up against the mountains so check your weather app.

Yes. Please list any dietary requirements when prompted on the RSVP tab.

We would love to see everyone in their elevated western attire. Felt hats encouraged! If you aren't sure what elevated western is, check out this Pinterest board. If you still don't know what to wear, cocktail attire is great. We recommend thinking about how to make cocktail attire western instead of dressing like a "cowboy." We do not have a wedding party so don't worry about wearing the same color as the bridesmaids.

We ask that you RSVP by May 26, 2026 so that we can finalize the details with our vendor team. If you know your plans to attend or decline before this date, we ask you to submit your rsvp right away.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions and hazards at the Ranch we cannot accommodate anyone under the age of 18 unless specified on your invitation.

We recommend arriving at the Ranch by 3:30 p.m. and to be seated by 4 p.m. to leave adequate time prior to the ceremony. The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m.

As you arrive through the gates of Three Peaks Ranch, you’ll find two parking areas ready for you.

The first lot is located to the left along the fence near the Humboldt Cabin. When parking here, please pull in facing the cabin and leave a comfortable amount of space between your car and the one next to you — this helps us make sure there’s room for all of our guests.

The second lot, known as the lower lot, is the grassy field you’ll see directly ahead as you pull in. You'll notice a wood fence with guest parking signs. Feel free to park on either side of the fence, again facing toward the fence, with a little breathing room between vehicles.

We kindly ask that you avoid parking directly in front of the Crestone Peak Cabin or anywhere marked with “No Parking” signs, so we can keep pathways clear and make sure everyone has easy and safe access.

Yes! We are looking forward to celebrating with an open bar on Friday at the Welcome Party (beer and wine) and on Saturday at the Reception (beer, wine, and liquor). We ask that if you drink that you don't drive. We will also be serving food so you don't drink on an empty stomach.

Yes! The Bride and Groom will be staying on the property and have reserved several motels for their guests in town. Check out the Accommodations tab for more information.

After parking or being dropped off by the shuttle, you will walk up a gentle uphill gravel path until you come to a wooden boardwalk. The boardwalk will take you to the ceremony site.

Yes, please! If the animals are part of the event or come up to the fence, please feel free to pet them. The Ranch asks that we not enter their paddocks or pastures and any guests that do not follow this rule will be asked to promptly leave.

Check out more useful information on our venue's website, including which restaurants are open in Westcliffe and on what days. We are looking forward to celebrating with you!
